Stainless Steel WCB Pneumatic Soft Seal Gate Valve
Summary:
Pneumatic soft seal gate valve adopts first-class rubber vulcanization technology to enter rubber into the whole& outsourcing rubber, so that the vulcanized valve can ensure accurate geometric size. The interface of rubber and gate valve is strong, which cannot easy to fall off and it has strong elasticity. Compared with traditional gate valves, Z645X resilient seat gate valve, the bottom adopts the same flat bottom design as the water pipe, whihc cannot easy to cause debris deposition, so that the fluid is unobstructed. Traditional gate valve is often in the water after washing pipe that is because of external things, such as stone, wood blocks, cement, paper debris, debris and other silt deposited in the valve bottom groove, which is easy to cause can not close close and form leakage phenomenon. But soft seal gate valve has not the existence of this phenomenon.
Advantages:
The pneumatic soft seal gate valve has the advantage of corrosion resistance. The valve body is coated with powder foam epoxy resin, which changes the corrosion and rusting of the ordinary gate valve body and can be used in the sewage system.
Pneumatic seat seal valve body bottom (equivalent to pipeline bottom) has no valve plate groove, showing a parallel state, which will not cause debris retention. It solves the problem that traditional gate valve debris is equal to accumulated in the valve bottom groove, which is easy to cause confusion of tears but cannot be closed tightly, so that fluid flow is unblocked.
Features:
1. The valve body is coated with powder epoxy resin, which can prevent the corrosion and rust of the valve body, and can be used in the sewage system, not easy to break. In the past, the traditional iron gate valve was often broken due to the impact, collision or overlap of external objects.
4. The valve body adopts precision casting. The accurate geometric size makes the north of the valve body has not any processing to ensure the sealing of the valve.
5. The body is made of ductile ink casting, and the weight is about 20% to 30% less than the traditional gate valve weight, which is convenient for maintenance.
